Terms and Conditions

We must receive payment in full for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.


We accept payments via Bank Transfer or Cheques.


We have your permission to use your artwork and logos for the purposes of printing and fulfilling the order.

The design and layout of the artwork must be approved by an authorised person within your business prior to any printing being carried out.


Hena’s Luxury Chocolates are committed to providing you with the highest quality products.

If however you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 48 hours since you received the goods. You will only receive a refund for goods that have not been opened and are in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

If goods are faulty, or if you receive a product that you didn’t order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of: any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or clearly personalised and once approved no refunds will be made on this.
